Ghanaian gospel music singer and brands ambassador, Empress Gifty has urge young people across the globe not rush in life but wait for God’s time because he has better plans for every soul.
According to her, many of the youth these days feels pressured, depressed and using almost every alternative, whether Godly or the opposite with the intention of breaking the chains of pain and poverty in life so they forget that without the supreme being, the builder builds in vain.
In a lively conversation with Atinka Fm’s Drive Time Show host, Roman Fada, the singer of many hit songs and winner multiple awards said people should begin to know and understand the supremacy, listening and loving nature the creator and ruler of the universe.
She says if God has change her story and made her a better person, she believes God indeed has time for everybody. She spoke extensively on her testimony in her latest song titled ‘Awieye Pa’ – a song on her yet to be released album.
Empress Gifty revealed that the song which was written by her colleague, Ewura Abena was inspired by Jeremiah 29:11 which says “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.”
“It is my prayer that my first song of the year impacts your life and gives you a testimony,” she said.
She revealed that the said body of work is slated to be released around September this year.
